What will you do:

• Analyze, create and/ or update Master Data for Customers, Organization & Finance stream including all related activities and processes.
• Use existing procedures to solve daily tasks, resolve specific situations and support the colleagues from the countries (headquarters, service centers etc.).
• Write the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the Customers,
• Organization & Finance master data processes and update them in real time.
• Share the knowledge within the team and collaborate with the other departments involved in the end-to-end process.
• Understand the business context and the specificities of each country.
• Respect the deadlines, consistency & accuracy of the data maintained for Customers, Organization & Finance Master data processes.
• Ensure business continuity during planned/unplanned absence by providing training for back-up/new colleagues.
• Actively participate to trainings and workshops.
• Identify opportunities to improve the processes under their area of responsibility; actively participate in process improvement or efficiency projects.
