Main Tasks:

Prepares and launches the raw materials & packaging orders according to the production demand.
Maintains the relationship with the suppliers to ensure the on-time delivery.
Follows the transportation and materials delivery.
Analysing raw material and packaging fluctuation and keeping record of delivery plans from suppliers.
Follows up and respects the daily routine procedure, aiming at eliminating the risks of stopping production due lack of raw materials and components.
Planning according to demands and managing technical changes & EOP, without obsolete.
Continuously monitors the materials and components stock, maintaining it at the minimum agreed level.
Maintains and updates the system parameters (Material Master Data) for all the components/materials in his/her area of responsibility.
Coordination, implementation, and verification of packaging requirements (i.e. customer and supplier requirements, pallets, labelling, stability, filling capacity, technical standards).
Responsible for calculating and providing logistics costs for new RFQ for both, customer projects and suppliers (Newtron portal).
Manage different customer’s and supplier`s portals for container management, inventory reconciliations.
Sets the delivery frequency with suppliers, launch new suppliers according to logistics contract.
Performs supplier evaluation and recommends improvement if necessary.
Elaborates and prepares specific reports on a periodical basis and at request.Registers and updates logistics complaints to suppliers
