We are looking for a Mechanic (machines construction) for one of our client that has almost 70 years of experience in building high-quality machines for crop protection. These machines are built in-house from A to Z before they are shipped all over the world. About the jobAs a mechanic, you and a number of fellow mechanics are responsible for building - assembling, testing and adjusting the agriculture machines;These machines are built in-house from A to Z. Based on a working drawing, instructions and schedules you will work individually or with a colleague to ultimately ensure that the end result has perfect quality;Working time: 07:00 - 17:00;5 - 6 working days (6 if employee prefers to work 6 days);40 - 45 hours per week.Overtime: above 40 hours, the first 2 hours are paid at 124,10%; above 42 hours is paid 141,30%;On Saturday till 14:00 is paid 146,60%; On Saturday after 14:00 is paid 163,80%.Requirements:Relevant work experience (at least 1 year);Knowledge of (agricultural) machines;Knowledge of mechatronics, electronics and hydraulics;You can work independently and strive for the best quality;What do we offerStart hourly payment from € 16 gros (depending on your experience; possibility to develop and grow till € 20 an hour);A challenging, full-time job with a growing company;Long term work in the Netherlands - after one year you get undetermined contract;A lot of room for your own initiatives and input, as well as the opportunities to further develop yourself on the basis of courses/training, both internally and externally.Extensive growth opportunities;Good working conditions, close-knit team;5 - 6 working days a week;40 - 45 hours a week;Electric company car (possibility to use it for private purpose (for additional fee));Provided accommodation if necessary (possibility to live alone in a room (for extra cost));Dutch contract;Dutch health insurance €35,49/ per week.English language skills at least B1 level
