Your mission will be to make the equipment more efficient and to bring value to the Stabilus Group by designing and implementing new production lines and solutions in multiple Stabilus Plants around the world.

Job responsibilities:

• The job holder designs production equipment and process technique.
• The job holder has responsibilities in research, construction, acquisitions, assembly, documentation, optimization, spare parts acquisitions, technical support and equipment and processes consultancy.
• Contributes to the development of new/existing products while working in multidisciplinary project teams
• Researches the applicability of new technologies and follow-up on product application.
• Proposes improvements regarding costs and/or functions.
• Performs specific research components of a larger project.
• Performs theoretical technical evaluation of designs, functions and performance, such as tolerance studies, risk-evaluation, mechanical strength, compatibility and interference to adjacent components.
• Define requirements for components, sub-systems and systems.
• Practical technical evaluation of designs, functions and performance, such as strength tests, geometrical measurements, functional tests.
• Ensure support for the team, department leader as well as for SEP department, as described in the essential job functions.
• The job holder will take part in trips in the interest of service according to ongoing projects, abroad in other Stabilus production facilities (each trip will be planned in advance taking into account that it will be taken into account where possible circumstances personal details of the employee in this planning).
• Ensures the instruction of new employees and interns, when necessary.
• Support with other activities as requested by the team leader.
