:
- Provides technical support for projects in progress or in the process of operation;
- Plan the documentation necessary to carry out the works according to the contract and in accordance with Integrated Management System;
- Carries out field visits for data required for the preparation of tenders;
- Comply with IMS provisions (Integrated Management System);
- Maintains quality standards;
- Knows and respects the documentation, policy and procedures of the management system, procedures and is aware of significant environmental issues and environmental requirements within the company;
- Knows and applies the company's quality policy and objectives, applicable EMS documents for the field of activity
- Follows projects in execution
- Carries out final field verification of the conformity of the executed works with the execution documentation;
- Checks the final execution documents of the works;
- Prepares and centralizes the technical documentation to be applied for the execution of the works according to the contract;
- Centralizes and verifies the necessary documents to be submitted to the Client for the execution and acceptance of the works;
- Verifies the compliance in the field of the projects and execution technologies;
- Updates the database with the design standards and norms in force;
- Prepares activity reports to management;
- Checks final documentation for completeness and formal correctness before handing it over;
- Coordinate the verification of the documentation with the client and organise the followup, if applicable;
- Ensure that only authorised technical documents are used;
- Provides support for projects in progress or in the tendering process;
- Ability and willingness to take direction from senior staff and ask question to ensure quality deliverables;
- Review & preparation of line lists & equipment lists;
- Review of project isometrics to make sure they comply with project requirements set forth by the client;
- Ability to effectively communicate within project team to resolve project issues;
- Knows the legislation in the field, the technical requirements and the standards of applied regulations;
- Mentions in the prepared documentation details regarding standards, design codes and regulations used;
- Keeps up-to-date records of work;
- Periodically check, at least once a year, the technical training of the installation, repair, maintenance and inspection, recording the results in the report;
- Periodically check the technical documentation prepared for the work performed;
- Follows the execution of the installations and repair works in phases;
- Participate in periodic trainings organized by ISCIR;
- Confirms the approval of the documentation regarding compliance with the provisions of this technical regulation, putting a stamp on the documents;
