We are looking for an exceptional Clinic Manager (Medical Center Manager) to be part of the continued expansion of our business in Ploiesti.
You will significantly contribute to our medical services business growth, being a driver for the operational team.
This is a challenging and exciting role for an ambitious, self starting, passionate business professional, willing and fully capable of seeking and building relationships within medical community, demonstrating empathy and capacity to create high quality customer experience, keen for own development and continuously looking to develop others, sharing Medicover values.
Main responsibilities:
The Medical Center Manager is responsible for driving the operations of the medical center, people, business and business development
Specifically, the Medical Center Manager is in charge with:
- Strategy implementation, in accordance with Medicover values, culture and business objective
- People and business performance delivery
- Develops and implements solutions to increase efficiency and improve
- Budget fulfillment, identifying and capitalizing on (new) development opportunities, with emphasis on profitability
- Operational delivery, as regards the day-to-day business, the quality of the services and the customer service experience
- Act as a Sales Responsible through actively promoting the medical services/ center
- Active recruitment and selection of the medical center team, excellent networking and profitable medical partnership development
- Leads and manages the medical center team to ensure a motivated and engaged team.
Job requirements:
- Impeccable Integrity;
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as human medicine is desirable;
- 3 to 5 years relevant management experience or medical representative experience;
- Experience in the relationship with local authorities: DSP, health insurance company, Colegiul Medicilor;
- Strong medical network;
- Understanding / knowledge of the Romanian healthcare/ medical services industry.

- Business acumen and strategic thinking;
- Planning and organizing; budgeting.
