Education Qualifications/ Experience:

• Master’s degree in life sciences (ideally in Medical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, ︁ or Biochemistry)
• Excellent command of English language (spoken and written) (Ability to write fluent and grammatically correct English is essential)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to rapidly understand relevant medical and scientific content (terminology, scientific/medical concepts, study designs, statistical concepts)
• Writing skills to articulate key scientific and technical concepts
• Ability to visually communicate medical and scientific concepts and information to a broad range of target audiences using a variety of digital illustration techniques
• Quality oriented, well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills
• Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team, including an international team
• Team player with strong interpersonal and resource management skills
• Strong skills in time management, prioritizing, organizing, researching, and problem solving, with great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and assertive yet diplomatic in more challenging interactions with customers and colleagues
• Flexible and open to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect relevant data/information:
Lead scientific content-related discussion in meetings with clients/investigators to assess the goal and key messages, conduct database searches for background information and reference materials

2. Prepare and update documents for scientific congress activities:
Develop or update congress abstracts, posters and presentations based on input from the stakeholders and following the applicable guidelines and congress requirements (edit content, format, style and grammar, and ensure logic and consistency)

3. Ensure and follow proper archiving, version control and security procedures of documents in compliance with "Good Documentation Practices"

4. Propose and create scientifically accurate and easy to understand figures/tables/infographics or other graphical elements

5. Performs quality checks on the documents.
