Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics or a related field.
-Over 3 years of professional experience in a similar industry.
-Proven experience working within performance/acquisition-focused teams.
-Strong understanding of performance metrics for video content, including CTR, CPAs, and others.
-Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
-Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
-Character animation skills are an advantage.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in translating concepts into engaging motion graphics.
-Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
