Tasks

• Manage administrative tasks related to the vehicle fleet model, supporting the fleet manager and team colleagues in division-related processes
• Contribute to mobility management by supporting process chains in day-to-day business operations
• Ensure compliance with financial processes and regulations
• Align with the department’s objectives and actively engage in specific mobility topics
• Analyze mobility data to identify trends, optimize fleet usage, and reduce operational costs
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Completion of studies or training, with initial commercial work experience
• Experience in the automotive sector, coupled with strong knowledge of the automotive industry
• Affinity for numbers and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP
• High level of organisational talent and a structured approach to work
• Business-fluent German and solid English skills
• Strong sense of responsibility for financial processes

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
