Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network security systems to protect organizational data and infrastructure
• Deploy, configure and manage next-gen firewalls such as Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet
• Set up and maintain Web Application Firewalls (experience with Cloudflare would be a plus)
• Manage Cisco switches (IOS, NX-OS), ensuring efficient network performance and secure connectivity
• Configure and monitor virtual private networks (IPSEC and SSL), IDS/IPS, and other security tools
• Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) to ensure secure internet access and protection against web-based threats
• Monitor network traffic for security events and respond to incidents
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, PCI DSS)
• Collaborate with IT and Dev/Ops teams to integrate security into all layers of infrastructure
• Document tasks and changes, perform impact analysis to prevent any downtime
• Stay up to date with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry best practices
