Our new colleague should:
- Work together with brand managers & agencies to answer fast to inquiries on social media pages
- Prepare, implement and monitor weekly newsletters; optimize and find the right tools and tone of voice to increase user experience / engagement
- Help preparing banners / posts & materials with the agencies for the various clients
- Support for various logistics tasks
- Monthly reporting: check clients’ reports, help with preparing documents for the accountancy department, report imported goods
- Send monthly materials to colleagues in the field; create awb / confirm with warehouse if necessary.
