Candidatul ideal

English language - mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, preferably.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
High learning agility.
Delivering agreed activities and able to meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Interest or knowledge of the industry's best practices and trends is an asset.

Descrierea jobului

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of different departments within the organization - this includes events, meetings, projects and agreed task delivery.
  • Keep in order and updates general manager agenda, travel plans and business appointments.
  • Contribute to the development and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets; support decision making processes with relevant decision-preparation materials.
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure effective and efficient operations across all business areas- this includes information management, reporting, compliance related matters where effective cross-functional collaboration is essential
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This activity is not involving product or service promotion or advisory activity.
  • Help as requested in the organization tasks related to recruitment, selection, training, and development of staff members.
  • Assist as requested in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure meeting effectiveness with managing agenda of assigned meetings.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and necessary stationary and other tools/equipment are available.
  • Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
