British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant in Bucharest

We are looking for a detail oriented and organized individual, who can respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities, resourceful, eager to learn and with great communication skills..

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manages, maintains, and monitors business calendars, including travel arrangements for business trips for the dedicated department.
  • Scheduling of video conferencing calls and associated meeting room bookings.
  • Takes responsibility for the coordination of projects as specified by direct line manager within agreed guidelines to ensure the project is delivered: Workshops, meetings, events.
  • Processes expense claims for manager and be key point to any related expenses queries.
  • Purchase Order set-up and monthly tracking and coding of contracted vendors using SAP, Neo.
  • Coordinating visitors, ordering catering for meetings/managers as required.
  • Plans own workload to anticipate and balance priorities to optimize output and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by line manager.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum requirement : University Degree in related domains.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Personal Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills (Oral & Written) and organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks is essential.
  • Ability to work on own initiative is important.
  • Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP and SRM experience are desired.
  • Budgetary Management - preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
