Responsibilities:
- Formatting, typing and editing a variety of intricate materials, including: correspondence, memos, reports, and other confidential documents;
- Offering support to the Sales Department for renewing contracts, invoicing and preparing sales materials (offers, contracts, brochures etc);
- Helping the Marketing Department with various actions like conducting specific researches for suppliers, contracting and negotiating collaborations, supporting the creation of marketing campaigns, events & workshops organized by the company etc;
- Receiving and screening telephone calls and visitors, scheduling appointments and meetings, resolving escalated problems, and referring other matters to the responsible departments;
- Collecting and verifying data, escalading problems to manager for resolution;
- Managing and updating department files, records and confidential files or materials.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments; notifying attendees and making the necessary arrangements;
- Handling the communication with the bank, the notary and ANAF for punctual administrative matters (document filing, document retrieval and other situations);
- Handling cash operations (registering payment orders, cash, various transactions, listing them and preparing the registry);
- Arranging domestic and international business travel trips (when necessary);
- Assisting in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
- Serving as administrative liaison with other people within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of the English language (verbal and written);
- Very high attention to details;
- Good communication skills;
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills;
- Advanced Excel experience is preferred;
- Enjoys multi-tasking and working with a diverse group of people;
- Has the desire and ability to learn and expand knowledge and skills set;
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
