Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient functioning of the office and provide general support to employees;
- Administrate any incoming invoices and mailing, receive, send, sort and distribute company correspondence;
- Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming environment and providing necessary information;
- Schedule meetings and appointments, make reservations ( hotel/plane reservations, etc.) for employees' trips in Romania and abroad;
- Ensure the necessary organizational support and information flow between the different departments and clients of the company;
- Maintain a digital and hard copy archive for Bucharest Office documents;
- Keep track of office equipment, products, and other inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Manage access control to ensure the security of the office premises;
- Maintain contact with office suppliers and ensure necessary orders for current functionality of the office;
