• Posts, updates and promotes in-stock vehicle sales ads on the company website and partner’s platforms;
  • Organizes online sales campaigns with partners;
  • Monitors and analyzes sales ad performance to identify trends and adjust sales strategies;
  • Identifies new advertising channels.
• Customer Interaction: Ensures effective communication with customers through online platforms, answering questions, helping and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
  • Generates sales leads by contacting potential customers by phone, email (newsletter) or online platforms.
  • Takes incoming calls through the call center and distributes leads to the sales team based on a clear record.
  • Provides specific reports to direct manager.

• Provides administrative and operational support in the sales process for sellers operating outside the TruckStore location (customer contact and reception, presentation of stock vehicles).
• Creates content and manages social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) supervised by the marketing team; Actively participates in the development of the annual marketing and communication plan for TruckStore and follows the directions of the Marketing and PR Specialist in organizing customer events.
