Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the compliance and operational risk processes in KRUK Romania;
• Developing the risk management system and internal control system;
• Offering support in compliance and risk identification;
• Monitoring of the organization’s activity in terms of compliance and operational risk;
• Coordinating the incidents management process;
• Providing knowledge for managers in the scope of operational risk management, compliance and internal control;
• Implementing Group Standards regarding operational risk management and compliance;
• Reporting operational risk management results and compliance risk assessments to local top management and headquarter;

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in carrying out tasks related to operational risk management and/or compliance, in a financial institution;
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Good command of English at a level enabling work in an international environment (C1 level)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Well-developed analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in business continuity management (nice to have).
