The Opportunity 

You will join the EMEA Operations Management Center group (OMC) at the Goodyear Innovation Center – Global Technology. ​

Among responsibilities, as support specialist, you will be helping OMC team to industrialize EMEA tires by:​

• 
  
  
• Creating development activity tags (kanban’s) based on project plans in our planning boards.​
  
  
• First level support in updating project plans to ensure feasible timing of tire development steps.​
  
  
• Aligning short term planning view to activities in our tire plants based on feedback loops between Global Technology and EMEA plants.​
  
  
• Updating tire plant development capacities and plant shutdowns in our planning tools.​
  
  
• Refreshing daily OMC reports to create up-to-date visibility of ongoing development work.​
  
  

In a customer-oriented environment, you will be mainly interacting with Regional Quality New Product Industrialization (NPI), as well with applied projects representatives.
