Requirements

• Higher technical education, preferably in the food industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (supervisor, shift leader).
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Management skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other planning-related software.
• Availability to work in shifts (3 shifts) and continuous rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the entire Bottling team during shifts, including process operators and process artisans (maintenance personnel).
• Execute the production plan while adhering to the finished product quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with instructions, procedures, and quality standards, as well as ISO systems (including SHEQ).
• Adhere to utility and bottling material consumption standards.
• Ensure the completion of routine maintenance tasks and emergency repairs.
• Promote continuous improvement by implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices and processes, as well as innovation.
• Effectively apply the performance management process to achieve team, department, and factory performance indicators.
• Identify development and training needs for team members and monitor the implementation of individual development plans.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and/or with other teams and functions.
