You need to successfully:

• Managing the necessary documentation for hiring, modifying, and terminating employment contracts, including employee signatures.
• Overseeing and verifying employee database and personnel files in both physical and electronic formats.
• Issuing certificates as requested by employees, such as those related to banking, general matters, medical documentation, and seniority.
• Collaborating with department managers in the development and revision of job descriptions.
• Compiling the required documentation for disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Providing information and guidance to the company employees on labor legislation and salary calculations.
• Coordinating with medical service providers for employee medical examinations.
• Assisting employees in utilizing the internal application for proper attendance recording, including vacation requests and unpaid leaves.
• Processing and administering the payroll for all employees from the area of activity, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Collecting the necessary input for the monthly payroll from business.
• Handling all payroll-related tasks, including salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Collaborating monthly with the payroll provider.
• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation.
• Preparing different type of reports for payroll for internal use or for different departments 
• Providing support to colleagues within the HR division.
• Developing various reports for the HR department.
• Active involvement in various HR digitization projects.
