PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER
Becoming People & Culture Manager (HR Manager) will give you the real impact on creating and delivering HR strategy to guarantee the success of a Primark Cluj store in Vivo! Shopping Center. You will be part of the leadership team and will work in close partnership with the Store Manager and Store Management team.
About You:
• 5+ years of experience as P&C Supervisor or P&C Manager.
A strong understanding of labour law.
• Knowledge of local payroll related regulations.
•Extensive knowledge of HR systems and processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior experience of leading a team.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
⚫ It is an essential requirement that you are fluent in the Romanian and English language.
• Experience in retail industry would be an asset.
Your role:
• Lead all aspects of the HR processes in the store: recruitment, learning and development, payroll and time and attendance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to meet business objectives through making best use of the whole P&C function and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team.
• Taking care of a good atmosphere and communication in the store.
• Conducting analyzes of HR KPI's and recommending actions that will improve them.
• Create long-term plans for employment and labor costs.
• Cooperation with an external company in the field of payroll.
Managing the subordinate team: work planning, supervision and motivation.
