In this role you will:

• Do regular reporting, analysis, and support with the design, development, and implementation of analytics tools and solutions to enable data-based decision making;
• Collect, track, plan budget, analyse and forecast People Analytics and HR controlling personal data (e.g. headcount, FTEs, personal costs, workforce planning, turnover, vacation balances, etc.);
• Analyse trends and provide valuable insights, as well as coordinate inputs from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive data analysis;
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI to provide clear and actionable insights;
• Support the process of planning, budgeting, and controlling personal data;
• Conduct financial analytics to support HR and business decisions.
