Responsible for performing P&O controlling & reporting activities, enabling a successful track of cost development and budget efficiency in Region Europe. Involved in compensation processes like annual salary review and bonus calculation. 

Responsibilities 

o    Work closely with global, regional & cluster P&O and senior management with regards to P&O Reports & Cost tracking

o    Responsible for tracking of cost development vs budget including discussions with Clusters and Global Team

o    Responsible for regular and adhoc (function cost) controlling and reporting activities 

o    Responsible for reporting and performing governance requests as part of integration/post-signing requirements 

o    Defining standard P&O reporting in SAP EC in alignment with global team

o    Ensuring high quality of P&O data  

o    Support in managing annual processes such as annual salary review round (RHO & remotes), bonus calculation.

o    Responds to and resolves inquiries and questions around budget, cost development

o    Adopts world class trends and best practices in P&O financial controlling with the goal of driving cost reduction and quality enhancement

o    Achieves individual and team KPIs set, implements improvement, correction and prevention measures for the specific situations.

Qualifications 

o    Bachelor's degree or a similar educational background

o    Min 4 years of experience in Financial Controlling & Reporting activities in a multinational environment   

o    Understanding of, Controlling, Budgeting & Reporting processes 

o    Good understanding of P&O processes is a plus

o    Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work and to generate alternatives and solutions 

o    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward business issues 

o    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German will be a plus) 

o    Compensations & Benefits knowledge will be a plus 

o    Good management of MS Office applications (Excel, Power point) Power BI can be a plus

o    Willing to travel overseas for trainings, workshops, project meetings.
