Responsabilitati

Supervision of Table Games:

- Effectively monitor table operations and activities during the shift, ensuring that games are running smoothly and without interruptions.

- Ensure all game rules and procedures are in line with operational standards, making necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

- Oversee the opening and closing of table games, ensuring proper equipment functionality and staff readiness.



Staff Management:

- Monitor the conduct and performance of dealers and shufflers to ensure they are adhering to casino policies and delivering high-quality service.

- Provide coaching and feedback to improve staff performance, and handle any personnel issues that arise during the shift.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule staff effectively and ensure adequate coverage for all games.



Player and Customer Relations:

- Monitor player behaviour to detect and report any violations, including unfair play, cheating, or other breaches of casino rules.

- Respond promptly to customer complaints, especially those related to problem gambling, and ensure all interactions are handled professionally.

- Monitor live chats and provide swift resolutions to customer inquiries or concerns.



Compliance and Security:

- Ensure compliance with all internal casino policies, operational procedures, and gaming regulations, maintaining the integrity of the casino.

- Reports to the direct supervisor if any issues related to the security and surveillance occur especially any suspicious or fraudulent activity on the gaming floor.

- Handle communication with various departments and external partners, reporting any incidents or violations to senior management or regulatory authorities as needed.



Reporting and Documentation:

- Accurately handle shift reports, detailing table game activity, staff performance, and any player-related incidents.

- Manage the flow of reports between the casino floor and different departments, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Prepare detailed documentation for any irregularities or issues during their shift, including player disputes, policy breaches, or gaming incidents.
