Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update work programs to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and supervisors to align project timelines and objectives.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Break down large projects into manageable development phases.
• Utilize project management tools (Primavera P6 and Tilos) to plan timeframes and track project progress.
• Work with estimators to assess resource needs for each project.
• Plan contingency strategies to accommodate potential changes in project timeframes.
• Regularly meet with engineers and clients to review project status and address any concerns.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction processes, working both from office settings and on-site.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project planning or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Primavera P6 and Tilos.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to produce detailed reports and forecasts.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Medium proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Romanian (spoken and written).
