JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Organizing and optimizing of traders/cross docks/sites/producers transport flows and the relationship with Transport Provider Partner
Planning, analyzing, identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions to optimize logistics and transport processes
Correlating the transports / factory stocks
Managing the transport documents and invoices, as well as managing their inaccuracies
Solving special situations related to notifications or legislation
Providing good collaboration and support for the teams Planning Coordinator you will interact will

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree in Economics, Transportation, Supply-Chain, or equivalent;
Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in logistics as a Coordinator/Manager;
Strong data analysis skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Office and various logistics software;
Ability to balance competing priorities, managing complex tasks in a fast-moving environment, passion for finding new ways to improve and efficiency increasing of the working processes;
