Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree;
• Work experience: minimum  3 years working experience in foreign ventures;
• Several years of work experience in quality and / or supplier development in manufacturing environment.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of standards VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949;
• Quality methods (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D);
• Supplier claim process;
• Good communication skills on written and spoken English;
• Project experience is requested;
• Technical background is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Represents the interface between Headquarter (HQ) SQM and JOYSONQUIN plant (JQ);
• Handles the common coordination with HQ SQM to plan and perform regular product and process audits at supplier facilities or virtual audit to monitor and assess conformance with requirements in order to identify risks and opportunities;
• Gives support on project transfer of purchased parts from SQM to SQA before SOP in the plant;
• Arranges supplier visits into JQ plant and improve exchange with supplier;
• Monitors the supplier part maturity;
• Summarizes JQ plant feedback out of production trials and reports to HQ SQM;
• Reports supplier performance in project phase;
• Works with HQ supplier management to develop and execute as well as supplier search, selection and evaluation;
• Is the key user of Quick response process within the JQ plant;
• Tracks via conference calls or on side support according to the escalation level;
• Performs supplier rating in project and serial with Supplier Development team, including action plan evaluation and evidence checking.
