With over 25+ implementations ranging from tiny to medium in size, the platform continues to expand. The central Platform Team is now seeking a Lead Developer to help scale this innovative development ecosystem.

Essential tasks:
Design, develop, and architect scalable Power Automate / Power Apps, ensuring security and performance optimization.
Lead technical design, set architectural standards, and implement governance frameworks for global development.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability across all projects.
Define and implement application logic and business rules using visual programming or scripting features provided by the low-code platform.
Configure workflows, validations, and decision-making processes.

In addition:
Provision of in-house consulting services in all disciplines of Low-Code Software Development in agile and non-agile projects on both the business and IT side
Elicitation and documentation of technical requirements, partial coordination of implementation and acceptance
Controlling and project-related accounting of expenses.
