If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging data to drive business success, we want to hear from you!   Company: A retail company with a long-standing working relationship with two well-known brands: Pandora Jewelry and Steve Madden Footwear (three stores for each brand). We focus on selling luxury accessories from well-known world brands. Team: Cozy team of over 100 passionate professionals, led by an incredible CEO with a background in Shopify development. You will work in a team with 3 other strong specialists, the COO will be your direct manager. Together We Will: Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards that empower teams to make data-driven decisions; Create a robust reporting system by integrating data from legacy systems, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, MySQL, and more; Continuously improve existing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that align with business objectives; Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions that align with business goals and measure success effectively; Explore and implement new reporting tools and methodologies to continuously improve the way we visualize and interpret data. What You Will Need: A degree in data analytics, computer science, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position; Fluent written and spoken English (C1-C2); Proficiency in data mining and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), with strong report writing skills; Working knowledge of automation and database management; Expertise in ETL technologies such as SQL, APIs, and data visualization platforms; Mastery of Power BI for building complex reports from various data sources and interactive dashboards; Must have experience in both back-end and front-end development, with a strong awareness of UI design. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for data; Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
