Process Expert Manager What this role is about? Process Expert Manager acts as a service provider working under Team lead to implement approved application changes or support delivery of assigned project activities. In this role you’ll be a point of contact with Power users of assigned specific project areas or changes, and coordinate with other IT teams required activities to secure achieving needs. You will also provide expertise in application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application/support maintenance). What will you do? Drive the implementation of approved functional Change Requests/initiatives: new system functionality implementation or business process redesign Provide estimation on costs, project resources planning and timelines Manage the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap, unit and integration testing, monitor progress of implementation Act as a business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionality Work proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area. Strive to investigate and bring forward new functionality to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirements Provide knowledge transfer and best practices to power users through training in coordination with the training team Being the expert on the assigned areas, coaching and providing help to the process/application analysts in the customization of the associated application modules Working together with both power user/business process owner on documenting the processes from a business perspective Actively collaborate with the project team and the process analyst on documenting the processes from a technical perspective What are we looking for? University degree in Computer Science or in equivalent field 8+ years of proven strong experience on SAP Finance area, S4, BW, SAC and other Finance applications Proven experience in business Financial and Planning and Analysis area related IT solutions (SAP) Experience in AI, RPA or Data science In depth expertise of supported applications functionalities, application landscape and related business processes Good knowledge of other pillar/work stream business processes and system functionalities Project management skills and full awareness of quality assurance methodology (detailed knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios) People management abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to listen the business, understand their needs and transferring them into concrete solutions Strong analytical abilities Fluent English – both written and spoken What are the next steps : Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
