General Information

Artificial intelligence, RPA, LowCode and Process Mining is rapidly growing in the overall industry. As Process Mining Specialist you will have the unique opportunity to actively develop a data-driven company. Your job will be to enhance existing use-cases (e.g. Inventory Management), identifying new opportunities and driving them from idea to reality. You will be the go-to person for Process Mining for technical and case-specific questions. You will closely work with the business, platform specialists and the teams which govern the systems we will use for mining.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pitch new business opportunities with and for process mining.
• Design, develop, and test process mining solutions.
• Examine process inefficiencies in areas like supply chain, finance, purchasing or production.
• Independently manage internal (sub-) projects.
• Enable business partners to continuously derive value from running services (e.g. trainings, UI/UX, articles).

Job Requirements

• Academic degree in in Mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Economics / IT or similar
• 2+ years of experience working on Process Mining project OR Business Intelligence (Data Modelling)
• Experience with Process Mining solutions (e.g. Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath)
• Experience in SQL and at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with business processes and software development lifecycle.
• Enjoy combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
• Ability to work in worldwide distributed teams and to collaborate across regions and departments.
• Open minded for new concepts and emerging technologies
• Fluent German or English, spoken and written.
