Requirements
Technical bachelor degree;
Solid knowledge of quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, SPC, etc;
2 years of previous experience in a similar position;
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
English language – advanced level;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
Very good communication skills.
Responsibilities
Decides the blocking/unblocking of product deliveries to the customer whenever they are affected by quality issues;
Coordinates the analysis procedures of the complained products and sends the analysis report to the customer;
Evaluates the effectiveness of implemented corrective and preventive actions;
Participates in the product validation process together with the customer, ensuring compliance with the validation plan;
Ensures that process or product changes meet customer requirements;
Coordinates product approval/re-approval activities in accordance with customer requirements;
Identifies issues, creates action plans to address them and tracks the closure of these actions, until the identified defects are eradicated;
Participates in product and process audits in order to validate new processes or eliminate identified non-conformities;
Ensures the conformity of control measures;
Validates the reception of quality documents and updates them according to new requirements;
Regularly checks and updates customer quality requirements and informs the organization about any changes;
Prepares reports regarding the progress of products/processes and the quality of the product delivered to the customer;
Actively contributes to the implementation and improvement of the quality management system, as well as to the performance of the factory.
