In our Marketing department, we are looking for a colleague who will take ownership for the strategic development of our components and solutions within the Residential Comfort Market.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and implement market strategies for our Residential Comfort segment, to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends.
- Drive and successfully implement strategies across various applications, working in close collaboration with segment leaders to achieve ambitious goals.
- Coordinate strategic plans with our global Marketing teams in Asia and the US to ensure seamless integration and execution.
- Understand customer needs, market and technology trends, as well as regulatory directions to resolve new product development road maps.
- Conduct market research, sizing, and segmentation to support informed decision-making.
- Craft reasons and product specifications for new product proposals, ensuring each initiative is supported by rigorous analysis.
- Launch new products with outstanding communication plans, product positioning, and value propositions that resonate with our target audience.
- Complete tactical plans in conjunction with the Sales organization to increase market penetration.
- Lead the product portfolio and life-cycle, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Marketing and Project Management within an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC components, applications, and systems.
- An analytical approach with outstanding skills in implementing customer-focused strategies.
- Strong command of English to support seamless communication across our global teams.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Expertise with HVAC components, applications, and systems, allowing you to make informed and impactful decisions.
- Expertise and knowledge of electronic controls & power electronics.
- Experience working in a multinational environment, demonstrating your ability to collaborate and succeed in complementary teams.
- Proficiency in any other foreign languages, contributing to our global operations and communications by adding customer value.
