Qualifications

  • Education: Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable area with IT affinity;
  • Mandatory experience as a product owner for at least 2 years;
  • Experience and know-how: project management, process development or IT rollout project, knowledge about SAP R/3 or S/4, background in analytics, experience in agile teams is desirable;
  • Languages: Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, German desirable;
  • Personality: Structured, assertive, resilient, forward-looking, risk conscious, customer-oriented, proactive, open to new knowledge and ways of working;
  • Working style: Organized, analytical, goal-oriented, independent, team-oriented, and actively contributing to process design and improvement;
  • Location assignment: Bosch location in Europe or Asia Pacific.

Job Description

Responsible for the technical development of analytics solutions for S/4 Migration Readiness throughout the entire lifecycle.

This includes:

  • Collecting, understanding, and prioritizing process requirements from business partners of DiF / DRIVE
  • Converting process requirements into work items (e.g. user stories) for software developers
  • Ensuring the implementation of process requirements into a solution with DevOps (development and operation) team
  • Defining test criteria and accepting development results in alignment with business partners
  • Defining and monitoring development schedule and other work packages, e.g. access management, user documentation, ...
  • Active communication (connection) between business partners and DevOps team
  • Communication to stakeholders on various levels including escalation management
  • Improving applied methods and tools with other product owners and agile masters for m.DNA.
