• Participate in Manufacturing Excellence workshops to support the implementation roadmap as defined by Production Technologies.
• Lead and support improvement initiatives (e.g., lean projects), track progress and results, and assist plants in capability development and tool deployment as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews and loss elimination cycle meetings; analyze and discuss inefficiencies with plant teams to drive improvements.
• Review production performance reports to identify variances, and support plant teams in conducting root cause analysis using lean tools, developing countermeasures, and implementing actions to enhance performance.
• Ensure master data management is maintained according to standards set by Production Technologies.
• Create and update work instructions for blue-collar workers involved in the processes you are responsible for, ensuring clarity and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Actively communicate with supervisors to ensure mutual understanding regarding tasks, expectations, and progress.
• Build strong professional relationships and collaborate closely with colleagues across departments.
• Prepare reports and KPIs under your area of responsibility, proactively proposing corrective actions for any unmet goals.
• Communicate and escalate issues to the relevant supervisor in a timely manner and assist in discussions to find solutions.
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables by participating in monthly KPI reviews and weekly project reviews related to improvement projects.
• Execute assigned tasks on time and at the expected level of quality.
• Participate in relevant and mandatory training as assigned to stay up to date with industry practices and standards.
