Project Execution Officer About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Competence Hub Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Project Execution Officer you will be efficient and effective handling of orders within the SAP system, detailed scheduling of deadlines, and streamlined logistics management for our high voltage switchgear products.How You will Make an Impact: Providing internal order execution support to the onshore team in Germany Generating and authorizing orders in SAP and order confirmations in SAP Handling and updating delivery dates in the event of changes from the factory or customer side Monitoring order confirmations and delivery dates, as well as logistical milestones and keeping close contact with the customers. Verifying, compiling, summarizing, and forwarding delivery documentation Assist project managers in ensuring redundancy in project management. Order materials, equipment also services for the construction site. Requesting and tracking delivery documentation from sub-suppliers Coordinating and communicating deadlines and information with transportation and processing service providers for seamless and cost-effective shipping and document flow Actively participating in process optimization efforts What You Bring: Experience in order processing and working with SAP; basic understand of technology and of manufacturing processes, MS- Office Professional with good written and oral communication skills, structured way of working, quality consciousness, ability to work in a team, distinct self-organization. Experience in international cooperation. Proactive attitude, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. English and German fluent, spoken and written. Who is Siemens Energy?
