We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager in Timisoara to lead and manage our civil works projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building construction or civil engineering, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, planning, and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a high-performance, cross-functional organization.

• Completed technical education in Building Construction or Civil Engineering
• Certified as a Project Manager
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar position managing civil works projects
• Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
• Strong organizational, planning, and management abilities
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to work independently and within a high-performance, cross-functional team with tight timelines
• Assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
• Valid B Driving Licence.

• Lead and manage both internal and external construction management teams
• Implement and enforce site regulations and disciplinary measures for all personnel on site
• Coordinate, control, and monitor the entire project process and construction results
• Schedule and conduct construction process and planning meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements in terms of scope, performance, quality, and safety
• Manage relationships with clients, participating in all relevant meetings
• Conduct negotiations with clients and subcontractors, handling all contractual negotiations with potential sub-contractors
• Follow up on change orders, additional works, and claims in accordance with contract procedures
• Approve all important commercial, administrative, or technical documents and correspondence
• Oversee the performance of project control and administration activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and accounting
• Prepare and analyze monthly and final reports, assessing work performance and consequences if applicable
• Execute the handing over procedure of the site with the Client’s Representative and the Client’s Cost control during the execution
• Follow up on the final acceptance certificate
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
