Job responsibilities:

- Release management for running projects, starting from functional validation of new software releases, continuing with FAT and regression testing, documenting, and ending with the release to the customer and onsite support if necessary
- Analyze customer request for new functionalities and configurations, acting as consultant for the customer and as a PjM role when collaborating with internal departments
- Evaluate new technologies and solutions on the market in order to improve current running projects and identify new solutions for business development
- Analyze incidents reported from production environments, identifying the source cause and tracking the problem until it closes by delivering a solution to the customer
- Keep test environments up-to-date and up-and-running as support tools for maintaining running project in production at customer
- Keep track of the activities using internal IM and document sharing tools
- Learn specific Automation technology and supporting applications
