We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in the field of flexible and rigid endoscopes. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in medical device sales, particularly in endoscopy, and a well-established portfolio of clients including both public and private hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for endoscopy products
• Manage and expand an existing client portfolio, with a focus on public and private hospitals
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
• Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts
• Coordinate product demonstrations, training sessions, and post-sales support
• Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support)
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and project status

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales of flexible and/or rigid endoscopes
• A solid client portfolio of public and private hospitals is essential
• Strong understanding of endoscopic technology and its medical applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Medical Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Willingness to travel as needed
