Your Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure alignment with customer requirements and company goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and logistics, to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate technical reviews, design updates, and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address technical and operational challenges.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Analyze and resolve issues that arise during project execution to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and automotive industry requirements.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, or other relevant automotive standards.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and recommend cost-saving opportunities where applicable.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
• Provide feedback and lessons learned at project completion for continuous improvement
