Purpose and Mission

• Establish and maintain plant-wide standards for safety, health, environment, and quality assurance across the supply chain, while supporting production, R&D, and operational projects. Manage and develop the Document Management System to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of FTEs while providing functional leadership to SHE and Quality roles; set targets, evaluate performance, and foster professional growth.
• Oversee safety, health, and environment systems, ensure ISO certification compliance, and report SHE performance to Plant Management.
• Drive quality improvements, manage COPQ reduction, conduct supplier audits, and resolve quality issues collaboratively.
• Ensure audit readiness, lead internal audit teams, and maintain controlled documentation systems for compliance.
• Support production and purchasing in quality control of incoming goods, manage equipment calibration, and ensure consistent measuring practices.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Quality Management.
• Proficient in Lean and QRM techniques with 5- 10 years of relevant business experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with proven people management expertise.
• Deep understanding of Quality and HSE Management with strategic vision and ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 knowledge.
• Excellent problem solving skills and experience with root cause analysis ,5Y & 8D methodologies.
• Analytical, results-driven, and skilled at prioritization, improvement implementation, and challenging the status quo.
