Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Lab and Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality control process and laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science, particularly in testing food ingredients, emulsifiers, and related food ingredients. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, from raw material testing to finished product evaluation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine tests on stabilizers, emulsifiers and other food ingredients (moisture content, viscosity, solubility, microbial stability).

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation of all lab results.

- Oversee lab operations, including calibration of testing equipment.

- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product formulations.

- Develop and maintain quality control protocols to ensure the highest standards of product integrity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food product testing and quality control, especially stabilizers and emulsifiers.

- Strong knowledge of lab testing equipment (moisture analyzers, viscometers, pH meters).

- Experience in quality control and food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, etc.).

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Fluency in English
