Candidatul ideal
- Engineering degree;
- Minimum 1-3 year experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of quality standards and system regulations;
- Audit techniques and practices;
- 8D process and techniques;
- Quality Tools - FMEA, SPC, Root Cause;
- Good knowledge of wire manufacturing processes and associated technologies;
- Process improvement techniques;
- Continuous improvement techniques;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Inventory management;
- MS Office Software ( Excel, Words, PPT), ERP Applications, MES, CMMS Applications;
- Project management; Risk management.
Descrierea jobului
- Prepares and coordinates client audits and visits and communicates its results; takes appropriate action and implements containment plans and monitors its progress and effectiveness to avoid recurrence of misconduct;
- Communicates customer claims to stakeholders; facilitates claims resolution meetings to investigate customer complaints and perform initial analysis; comunicate the 8D report to the client in a timely manner, including defined restraining actions;
- Tracks customer complaints, requests quality analysis of non-conforming products and samples if necessary and performs full analysis with additional testing to identify root causes non-conformities and non-detections;
- Prepares and communicates timely 8D report to client including root cause analysis , corrective and preventive actions plans;
- Communicates action plans to involved teams and tracks their progress and effectiveness; updates the claim summary based on the progress of the actions; closes claim based on completion and validation of actions;
- Regularly review claim summary with stakeholders and provide proactive and effective support to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Plans, prepares, communicates and reviews Quality Department KPIs and accordingly defines continuous improvement plans for processes, procedures and systems to meet Quality Department and company objectives;
- Complies with Quality and EHS Systems requirements.
