As a Quotation Engineer you will be responsible to analyze the offer request received from the client/sales office and prepare the technical and commercial offers for the client according to specifications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Acquiring information regarding the division and the products offered, their characteristics, usage methods, and applicability;
* Verifying the quotation request received from the sales office/sales representative and preparing the technical-commercial offer for clients, ensuring that it complies with the technical specifications and client requirements;
* Responding to clarification requests from the client or sales representative via phone or email;
* Verifying the order note received from the client/sales engineer/sales representative to ensure it is consistent with the sent technical-commercial proposal;
* Actively participating in the smooth execution of the order throughout its development when necessary;

* Actively participating in maintaining compliance with international trade rules (Trade Compliance) by adhering to company-specific procedures in this domain and escalating issues to a higher level of responsibility;
* Performing any other task assigned by the direct supervisor or management in connection with the job responsibilities or compliance with the law.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Completed higher education in a technical field (Electrical, Electromechanical, Electro-technical);
* Relevant experience in the technical field – technical-commercial offer preparation, technical support;
* Experience in sales is an advantage;
* Very good computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email, AutoCAD);
* Good knowledge of English and French.(French - medium level)
