• Provide quality service to the guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay
• Ensuring guests requests are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay
• Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures, and ensure all data are entered completely into the hotel software systems
• Provide guests information pertaining to places of interests and important tourist information
