About the role:
We have opened a brand new office in Iasi and looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable individual to join the team. Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm on a hybrid basis.

We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone that is interested in pursuing a wider career in marketing.
The recruitment marketing team is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating effective recruitment strategies to attract new linguists to work with the business together with building and maintaining a good social presence locally.
The team currently provides the wider linguist recruitment team with a steady supply of linguist ‘leads’, ready to be onboarded by the recruitment team to ensure our clients receive a first-class service.
The recruitment marketing officer will support in sourcing new linguists by utilising a variety of channels including:

• Job boards (such as Indeed, Top Language Jobs and Ejobs)
• CV searching
• Management of applicant information in our database
• Social media (in particular Facebook and Instagram)
• Attending job fairs/events
• Building relationships with external partners, such as job centres and community interest groups.

The recruitment marketing officer will liaise with perspective linguists to confirm their interest and suitability before passing to the linguist recruitment team. In addition, this individual will provide insight to the wider marketing team on our linguists to feed into communication strategies.
