Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Good English skills (at least B2)
• Careful planner with a keen eye for details
• Ambitious, organized, and self-determined
• Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish & maintain good working relationships with the team
• Multitasking, flexibility, diplomacy
• Interested in the HR industry's trends and best practices

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment (posting job advertisements, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, participating ︁︀​︂︃︃​︉︆​︆︄in or conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates)
• Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates
• Prompt email/phone communication with candidates
• Manage internal recruitment data base
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Develop initiatives to attract candidates
• Drive innovative approaches to identify and engage talent to maintain a robust pipeline for high-volume needs
