Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. The company was founded 27 years ago and successfully exports its products to European countries and worldwide. The company continues to actively grow, and we now have an open position for a "Regional Manager in Romania."
We are looking for someone who resides in Romania, has experience in active sales, and is fluent in Romanian at a communicative level.

Responsibilities:

• Developing sales strategies and expanding sales in the assigned territory;
• Achieving sales targets;
• Searching for and onboarding new clients;
• Ensuring timely and complete payments for products, fulfilling contractual obligations on the client’s side;
• Holding meetings and negotiations with clients during field visits, as well as participating in relevant exhibitions;
• Monitoring the "Beauty" market and competitors to improve the sales strategy;
• Visiting sales points in the assigned territory.
