Main responsibilities

• Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Participating in the process of establishing an official representative office, offering suitable locations for this purpose in the regional.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting Sels representatives as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
• Identifing business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
• Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Developing and implements the sales strategies so that sales targets are met in accordance with the business plan of the company and possibilities of the local market.
• Developing and maintaing sustainable relations with clients, partners and supply companies.
• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Recommending changes in products, services, and sales policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
