KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing the trade policy of the House brand in the assigned region;
Managing the stores from the designated area by building a stable, competent and motivated sales team;
Recruitment of the management structure, development of team competencies, setting development goals, assessment of the efficiency of the managed team;
Management and control of the cost budget and operating within budget constraints;
Monitoring the right image, customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region;
Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers;
Operational supervision of the achievement of sales targets on all managed stores;
Monitoring market changes, initiating improvements, and optimizing business processes;
REQUIRED PROFILE:
We are looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Regional Sales Manager. In addition to being adaptable and having a positive mindset, there is a particular set of skills we expect from the ideal candidate:
Has at least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or District/ Area Sales Manager in the fashion industry;
Has well developed managerial skills, with the ability to effectively build, motivate, and support the development of a team;
Has strong communication skills, is detail-oriented and maintains a balanced approach;
Demonstrates self-awareness along with effective conflict resolution abilities;
Has the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within short periods of time;
Has well developed analytical skills and excellent own work organization skills;
Is focused on achieving ambitious business goals;
Is available and ready for frequent business trips and holds a category B driving license;
Knows English at a level enabling easy communication;
Enjoy having fun and connecting with colleagues, both formally and informally, digitally or in-person.
